For sale, vintage Premier Pre-International 16" x 15" floor tom
Actual diameter is 16-5/16", and I found it on 1965 Premier 54 and 55 catalogue scan  sets. It is made before 1968. anyhow, that was year when Premier stopped pre international measures
I think color is K Black, from same catalogues
As you can see from pictures, seem on wrap is not in great condition. Also, there is chrome piling on hoops
No top drum head
