    Vintage Japanese Made Tom Tom, probably from the 60's...
    Slingerland style Lugs.
    Blade type mount.
    Looks good painted a dark Green Metallic, original Wrap is a Satin Blue, and is solid and good condition if you want to strip off the paint. It's visible around edges (covered when Heads/Rims are installed).
