This
is a Vintage Hand Painted Chinese Tack Head Tom Tom Drum.
The Tom Tom measures about 10 1/2" inches across and about 4" inches high. It says
Made In China along the rim. Exquisitely hand decorated with the depiction of a phoenix on one side.
The tom tom has been used and needs restoration.
It has several areas of missing paint and the pictures painted on both sides of the drum are not very clear because of this. It also has paint that is chipping & flaking off, discolorations and rust around the rivets as shown in the pictures. I am selling it As Is for restoration purposes or display use only. The pictures serve as part of the description as they show the condition of the drum.
This would be good to display in your collection.
It is used in fair condition. It has been used and has imperfections from age and use. This item is a decorative or collectible vintage ornament drum with historic values. Please use your own expertise before bidding or buying this item.
