    Description

    You are bidding on the 16" diameter snare drum and case shown in the photos, most likely from the '40s, '50s, or '60s (just a guess - this was from my great uncle's set).
    I do not know much about percussion instruments, but it seems to be in working order, even though it is worn from years of use.

    I just learned that this is a
    floor tom
    , NOT a snare drum!  Apologies for the mistake.  My ignorance of drums is obvious...
    My guess / hope is that anyone bidding on this drum will already know that it is in fact a floor tom from the pictures.

    Just took add added 2 pictures of the underside of the drum.  It clearly states 'tom tom' (doh!).  Also of note is that there is a small hole.
