Slingerland 13in Rack Tom - Black

Up for sale is an early 90s Slingerland Spirit 11in depth by 13in diameter Rack Tom. Black wrap shows signs of wear.  Scuffs, dings, etc. Chrome is in excellent condition. Mount is intact and fully functional.
From what I've gathered this is a last gasp from the company in the early 90s. There seem to be 2 different versions of these drums. Some made domestically and some that were imported. The imported ones had rerings. Im not 100% as Im a little off my range with the Slingerland brand. These do not have rerings, but also do NOT say anywhere made in the USA.
