The TMS 1780 is designed to provide a cost effective, all in one terrestrial monitoring system. Its function is to monitor 8VBS RF, MPEG-2 transport stream and decode the audio and video. The TMS 1780 is used by digital video engineers who need to monitor ATSC DTV off-air signals or signals going to the transmitter.
