Pretty easy to swap out.
If you have the following problems, you most likely need to change this motor:
-Sinking
-Settling
-Clicking with no movement
-Grinding
-Bent shaft.
-Motor running with no movement
Note: these are electrical and cannot be returned unless DOA and untampered with.
in the past, I have had people short them out trying to connected them to batteries, massage chairs,
and other things that it is not designed for. I will be happy to take a return if the part I send you is bad (after
you ship it back and I test it). But be sure:
1. Part # matches yours.
2. Plug matches yours.
