Offered here is a magnificent Ludwig Transition Badge chrome-over-brass 5x14 Supraphonic snare drum.  All original except for the heads and the snare, this snare drum is stunning, both in looks and in tone.  She tunes up marvelously, and rewards you with crisp, articulate rudiments and rolls; she is an easy drum to play well!.
Her chrome finish is in very good-excellent condition. A few panels have one or two very light scratches that are noticeable only when viewing up close.  The finish on the COB hoops is equally clean.
The WFL throwoff tends to stick a bit when going from “Off” to “On”, but otherwise works fine.
This gal will give you many years of playing pleasure.
