    Ludwig Early 1980’s Black Wrap 12” x 11” Deep Tom
    This auction is for an early 1980’s Ludwig black wrap 12” x 11” deep tom, as pictured. Monroe Keystone badge. Thick 6-ply shell without reinforcement rings is in round, as heads spin freely. Seam is tight. Wrap has some light scratches and dings and does not go all the way to edge, but looks nice for its age. Heaviest scratches are near the back. Maple interior is great. Edges show a little wear and some dents/dings are present, especially on top one. Badge has some scratches. Modular mount works well and has scratches on front from use. 16 large classic lugs which have some scratches and pitting, with the heaviest being on the sides. Fronts generally look decent. One lug has been replaced with an older model from 70’s. Heads are both excellent. Rims have some light pitting and scratches. Tension rods all match. Washers all have some rust on them and some threads do as well. Not all tension rods are perfectly straight. Includes a Coda zippered bag with shoulder strap.
